Return home and be part of the change

Do you want to take care of Life and focus on the essentials?
Do you need to enthusiastically reconnect to a new reality?
Do you want to be part of the change in an efficient and collaborative way?

We are going to imagine and begin to build those paths that we need, to creatively contribute to the transformation process that we are experiencing.

Presentation:

I open myself to listen to the whispers of my soul, a song that pulsates to relocate life itself to the center of my existence, returning to my true home, devoting myself to becoming an "artist of good living."

Highly honoring Joanna Macy, the root teacher of Work that Reconnects”, a project that stands out for its simplicity and depth, which has been developing around the Planet for 40 years.
The Work that Reconnects is a process of individual and group growth that supports people to realize how it works and what role we play in the society in which we live, to learn to accept ourselves as we are, relating to ourselves in a different way. healthy, to know multiple perspectives in the face of the construction of the new, as well as to promote transformative projects that integrate the self-care of the people who support them.

The Work that Reconnects places us in front of reality to experience it with all its facets, the most joyful and the most painful, and lays the foundations so that any of these experiences, whatever they may be, are a motivation for life. This process places us in the position of "choosing life", with all the responsibility and maturity that this choice requires, being life, being life catalysts, life multipliers, understanding again what our ecological niche is and living in symbiosis with the rest of creation, convinced of the nature that we are and of which we are a part.

The Work that Reconnects is a group methodology that establishes the structural bases to generate an individual and collective experience that brings us closer to living more in the present in a profound way, to knowing and recognizing our "pain for the world", to changing our gaze and live as honestly as we can. Somehow this work represents as a "primary of life", because through very simple dynamics new layers of oneself are discovered, we are reconnecting with who we really are, what we are doing here...in short, a refinement process in the essential to Regenerate and Re-exist.

Faced with the crises in which we are immersed (climate change, loss of biodiversity, scarcity of resources, internal processes...), the therapeutic accompaniment professionals and in general any person awake to the present; we need tools to process the pain caused by the state of Our Planet in order to be moved. For this we will open a space for empathy with nature that we are, to share new visions to implement in our daily life, new regenerative trends for the care of life.

The workshop was born with the purpose of offering people a space of trust where they can express themselves and collectively experience an internal journey to alleviate our suffering and to channel negative thoughts into positive and daily activism.

It is always very enriching, and that is why we want to propose a deepening process of 4 sessions of 4 hours.

Where there will be time to explore, share and go through the Spiral of Work that Reconnects.

Looking forward to meeting again and continuing to deepen the transformation, worldviews, possible containment actions and collective construction of alternatives...

Together we will reflect on this great question:

How can we develop our resilience to fully contribute to the necessary global transformation process?

We will do it collaboratively, and following a path structured in 4 stages. In a circle, in pairs, and individually, taking care of the safety, trust, silence and needs of each person, with respect and gratitude.

By the end you could feel more nourished, energized, deeply reconnected, empowered and inspired to get out there and take action for Life on earth.

An online course will be held in September. We wait for you!!!

Facilitators:

-My name is Ana Bermejo Sánchez and I am an enthusiast of life, a creative person eager to contribute my energy to experiment with ways of living that are more harmonious with Nature that we are and of which we are a part.
From a very young age I began to participate in the grassroots social movements of my hometown and a field of enormous learning opportunities opened up, which have broadened my gaze towards deep reflection on how to contribute to the creation of new realities. My life path led me to settle in the mountains, to be fascinated day by day with the miracle of existence reflected in Nature and thus, to be interested in learning about the plant world and how to relate to it, receiving all its wisdom and contributing from care, enhancement and regeneration.
I have a Diploma in Social Work from the University of Alicante, I studied Traditional Apothecary and Holistic Aromatology at the Institute of Integrated Aromatherapy of Enrique Sanz Bascuñana, I have trained as an "Ecotuner" with the Spanish School of Ecopsychology and more recently I was able to carry out intensive training on "The Work that Reconnects".
This field of training and experiences have greatly supported my social vision, the connection with the plant world, the understanding of the use of plants as medicine, the knowledge about the crises that human beings are currently experiencing and their deep interrelation with society. situation of life on the planet, and delve into the field of Deep Ecology and Systems Theory.
In my life I have been the initiator and supporter of many projects related to caring for the land. As an artisan, I have been working since 2013 on the "Alchemy and Health" project, which offers ecological hygiene and cosmetic products, as well as such as workshops on conscious self-care, aromatherapy focused on the care of women and the preparation of hygiene and cosmetic products. In the most recent and relevant for me, I am co-founder and promoter of the project "La Garrofera: laboratorios de vida" (self-managed rural life and permaculture project through laboratories of experiences in different areas for the transition, in operation since 2013 ), I have also made numerous collaborations with the Spanish School of Ecopsychology since 2016, in addition to being in the organization and coordination team of the "Seventh International Congress of Ecopsychology" held in September 2019 in Ávila. After the intensive training on Work that Reconnects (August 2019), I launched a pilot project as a test in the Marina Baja region (Alicante) that took place between November 2019 and February 2020.
At this moment I feel completely at the service of continuing to learn day by day and offering the knowledge and experiences of my life that I think can help motivate people to lead full lives while acting in favor of the regeneration of the Planet. . This is my purpose, the Work that Reconnects the structure and platform to be able to carry it out, Permaculture, Aromatology, Ecopsychology, Deep Ecology and Systems Theory, the pillars on which I am working so that all this can happen.
Grateful for this Planetary moment that we are living, seeing clearly the opportunities that are being offered to us to make a profound change, welcoming them with respect and humility to continue walking in favor of life, choosing life with all that it brings us.
